Pereira, PE GGD Consulting Engineers, Inc. 375 Faunce Corner Road, Suite D Dartmouth, MA 02747 Dear David, After extensive review and consulting with other electrical inspectors along with further review of the NEC Article 100 I have concluded the following: The NEC article referenced clearly stated that beyond access, operation, and renewal per this section, inspections are also required to have ready access. The inspection, conducted at a sample monitor station, which was not readily accessible indicated a potential hazard which required removal of the monitor to correct a safety violation. While the article does not clearly state monitors specifically, nor exempt them from this requirement it is understandable where the confusion lies With this understanding the current location will be accepted. Sincerely, Town of Yarmouth Building Department K. Elliott, Inspector of Wires M. 1%21=,FLA- 37S cf3-ur'JCC Coo2fba. 4 p/-o So'y 'P rAA B. tf( ✓"-1, 27PF7 v55rOiJ +Q- 0-O#1soc icv c /lNr i10 01/Nror4 T2rCifL [P0S,Qeoi?x (s 'THkr 'Ills r Ns74cC04v7/Ni or rrls /er-'7g'w ties-Art"4A?
