Overall Remarks:
#39 Headwaters Drive. Met with owner George and tenant of 8 years’
representative. Home was found neat, clean and organized. Tenant rep stated
that there have been previous mold issues after mass save came and added
insulation to the attic. Owner has sent out Mold Doctor 3 times who fixed
problem and repainted. At time of inspection, I observed no mold issues.
Tenant rep concerned about possible mold still present in wall or attic.
Recommended owner to get opinion of different mold remediation company
and/or contact mass save to ensure mold issue has been taken care of
permanently. CO expired and inoperable, owner sent picture of replacement
immediately. Additionally recommend switching house numbers for clarity.
