Prepared for Vernon D. Whynott, June 1, 1987 Rev. Aug. 11, 1987, Sept. 9, 1987, Sept. 15, 1987, Low & Weller, Inc., 714 Main Street, Yarmouth, Mass.," which plan is duly recorded with the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds in Plan Book 439, page 24. No portion of the fee in Cocheset Path is hereby conveyed. There is conveyed as appurtenant to said lot a right of way over Cocheset Path as shown on said plan to be used in common with others now or hereafter legally entitled thereto.
