The guide lines developed by NEMA (National Equipment Manufacture's Association) states that any exposed wiring
and many components, that have been in contact with flooding water or damage, be replaced. The testing with a
Megger tester can indicate if any damage has occurred or exists thereby saving increased costs of having all of the wiring
replaced. The testing was documented and accepted by me as an indication that there was no further damage to the
system and no need to replace the entire wiring in the affected area of the house.

Hi Ken, this is Chuck at Lewis and Weldon. I believe you spoke with Nicholas, from Spirito Electric earlier
today.
Regarding the Water Damage repair, we took care of at 85 Wiano Road Yarmouthport, Ma . We need a favor
from you to keep the insurance adjuster happy !!!
You had Nicholas do the Fluke Multimeter readings, insulation test, which were done. Attached are his
readings in written form.
In order to make the insurance adjuster and carrier happy regarding an addendum for additional work
performed, they are asking for a "Formal request for tasks performed from the Electrical Building
Inspector" ... If you could please, email me back, noting that you requested the Fluke Multimeter readings,
insualation test, and were happy and signed off on the detail provided by Nicholas Spirito.
