1. I am the sole Trustee of the Harry G. Laird III Trust.u/d/tdated March 17, 2016;
2. Said trust has not been altered, amended or revoked and is still in, full force and effect;
3. All of the' beneficiaries of the Harry G. Laird. III Trust u/d/t dated March 17; 201. 6 are of
full age and legal -capacity and none of the beneficiaries is a corporation;
