At the Planning Board meeting of July 19, 2023, members voted to endorse ANR Plan
No. 1782E for 181 & 185 South Sea Avenue, South Yarmouth, MA, as shown on
Assessor Map 17, Parcels 95.1 & 101.1. The ANR Plan adjusts the lot line between
these two parcels by creating an unbuildable lot for conveyance purposes. Both lots are
currently owned by Andrew Laird.
The ANR Plan is entitled, "Plan of Land of #181 & 185 South Sea Avenue, West
Yarmouth, MA, prepared for Andrew Laird'. The Plan was prepared by Daniel A. Ojala,
PLS of Down Cape Engineering, Inc, and is dated and stamped July 13, 2023.
