Both lots are currently owned by Andrew Laird. The ANR Plan adjusts the lot line between two parcels by creating an unbuildable lot for conveyance purposes. Both lots are currently conforming and will remain conforming after the conveyance. The submission was complete and included the required fee, Form A, ANR plan, and the appropriate number of copies. The ANR Plan is entitled, “Plan of Land of #181 & 185 South Sea Avenue, West Yarmouth, MA, prepared for Andrew Laird”. The Plan was prepared by Daniel A. Ojala, PLS of Down Cape Engineering, Inc, and is dated and stamped July 13, 2023. This application was received on July 14, 2023, and a decision is required by August 3, 2023 to remain within the 21-day statutory requirements. This project has been placed on the Planning Board Meeting Agenda for July 19, 2023. Planner Suggestion: Recommend the Planning Board make a motion to endorse ANR Plan #1782E prepared by Down Cape Engineering and dated July 13, 2023.
