QUITCLAIM DEED
I, ALYSON L. TAUBERT, Executrix of the Estate of Allan L. Priddy a/k/a Allan
L. Priddy, Jr., of 140 Pleasant Street, South Yarmouth, Massachusetts 02664, see
Barnstable County Probate and Family Court Docket No. 98P0239EP-1 for consideration
paid of less than one hundred dollars, grant to ALYSON L. TAUBERT, AS TRUSTEE
OF THE ALLAN L. PRIDDY MARITAL TRUST I REALTY TRUST to be recorded
herewith, with QUITCLAIM COVENANTS,
Those certain parcels of land with the buildings thereon, and the fee and soil of
Sailing Village Way and the fee and soil of Ships Shops Way southwest of the
southwesterly line of Lot 11-A extended as shown on Plan 138, Page 75 recorded with
the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds.

Being Lot 15-A as shown on Resubdivision Plan of Lots 6-15-118 Part of 7 Sailing
Village, South Yarmouth, Mass for Theodore Frothingharn dated September 26, 1957,
Scale 1" = 40' prepared by William B. Kelly, Engineer, Yarmouthport , Massachusetts
and recorded with the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds in Plan Book 138, Page 75.
Subject to and with the benefit of all rights of way, easements and restrictions of
record, so far as the same are of legal force and effect.
