Hello,
Thank you for reaching out,you received that notice because our current regulations do not allow any hardscape
within 35 feet of a resource area. I will be here on Monday before 11am or after 1:30pm if you would like to come to
the office, conservation is located downstairs in Town Hall.
Thank you,

Hello Brittany
My wife received the attached notice Tuesday evening and I returned home yesterday to review it with her.
I assume you are referring to the fire pit area. We were advised that since it was a permeable surface that there
would not be an issue with needing a permit. I am so sorry if that is not the case and please let us know what needs
to be done to make it right.
My wife and I will be on the Cape Monday and Tuesday and would like to stop in to discuss it if you are available.
Thank you and I look forward to resolving this to your satisfaction ASAP.
