This pre -project management engagement agreement (PPMA) is to confirm the terms of our
representation. W.D. PRICE, Inc., hereafter General Contractor, will begin pre -construction
management work, on behalf of Jake and Colleen Keelan, hereafter Client, upon receipt of a signed
copy of this agreement, either digital or printed. The countersigned original will be executed and
returned to you for your records.
The General Contractor agrees to provide the necessary civil engineering, architectural design,
structural engineering, specification development, estimating, permitting, and construction
services to the Client.
