The filing deadline is two weeks prior to the next scheduled Conservation Commission meeting for new applications. Failure to follow this Checklist shall result in an Administratively Incomplete Application and will not be advertised for a Public Hearing. Refer to the meeting schedule. Contact the Conservation Office if you need assistance. Hardcopy filing dropped off or mailed to the Conservation Office including: 1 RDA Administrative Checklist ✓ 1 complete RDA application WPA form 1 with original signatures (double sided). Detailed narrative of the project with sufficient information to enable the Commission to determine whether the proposed work will alter an area subject to protection. All plans shall reference NAVD1988 unless otherwise noted. Landscape plans shall be detailed to show proposed and existing conditions, native species, quantity, size and spacing. While the EO was issued to Matt and Dayton Grew, the drive and chicken coop are located at 353 Weir Road, property owned by Thomas Grew, the Applicant's father. Abutters to both properties were notified of this Application. Gravel is proposed on the dirt driveway that exists through the restoration area. The gravel will help stabilize the soils and define the accessway to discourage expansion through use. According to the Applicant, the chicken coop has been in its existing location for many years, originally placed by Linda Grew, Matt's mother. The area is exceptionally clean. The chicken manure is collected daily and removed offsite to be composted in contractor yards.
