Front Elevation
I. Remove and replace existing steel panel garage door like for like
2. Clapboard color change from white to Benjamin Moore Buckland Blue
3. Front door(s) change existing blue 6 panel to black craftsman style
4. Install 4' high by 12' long round stone retaining wall at front right of house to reduce foundation
exposure to 18" or less.
5. Remove damaged existing unmatched exterior light fixtures and replace with black lantern style
fixtures
6. Remove damaged existing front steps and replace with wood steps and baluster railings
7. Remove and replace double -hung windows (wood to vinyl) 6 over 6 internal grill
8. Change front grade to reduce foundation exposure
Rear elevation
9. Remove and replace double -hung windows
10. Remove rear slider and replace with % light craftsman style side swing
11. Remove 6 sliders and replace with half wall and double -hung windows (10)
12. Install pressure treated lattice beneath addition when deck is removed to reduce exposed
foundation
13. Remove deck on rear addition and repair all water damaged materials (studs, sill, box &
sheathing)
14. Remove and replace existing rear skylight using like (same size/color) materials
15. Install new 12 X 16 deck in the left rear of dwelling between addition and house... not visible
from a way

16. Remove and replace double -hung windows and eliminate gable vent
17. Remove 6 sliders and replace with half wall and double -hung windows (10)
18. Install pressure treated lattice beneath addition when deck is removed to reduce exposed
foundation
19. Remove deck on rear addition and repair all water damaged materials (studs, sill, box &
sheathing)
20. Install pressure treated 12 X 16 Deck with baluster railing at rear left of house (not visible from a
way).
