Dear Ms. DiRienzo,
I have visited the site at #9 Vernon Street and reviewed the as -built conditions in relationship to the
approved plan. The current conditions are following the approved plan. During the site visit a shed was
visible on the site and upon discussion with the client a building permit was issued for the shed with the
appropriate sign offs.
Please review this Request for a Certificate of Compliance documenting compliance with the Order of
