I feel ambivalent about this. On the one hand, the house is near the end of a cut de sac. On the other
hand, the garage doors are on the front of the house, facing Cranberry Lane. I have no doubt the
committee will approve, but it's not an insignificant change. So, on balance I think it should be a
committee decision, not mine. A new COA would be the proper way to proceed, imho.

Residents received approval to expand their garage in May. Now instead of a
standard overhead garage door on the new section, they would like to
substitute a double French door.
