The above described premises are conveyed together with a right to use all the
private ways shown on said plan in common with all others lawfully entitled thereto.
The premises are also conveyed subject to easements recorded with said Deeds in
Book 1485 Page 752 and Book 1490 Page 758 and subject also to restrictions contained
in deed of Robert W. Luby et al to us dated January 6, 1972 and recorded with said
