CAPE COD ENGINEERING, I.NC. Robert M. Perry, P.E. P.O. Box 1517 East Dennis, MA 02641 Tel 508-385-1445 /Fax 508-385-1446 bobperry(acapecod.net July 19, 2024 Town of Yarmouth Conservation Commission 1146 Route 28 South Yarmouth, MA 02664 RE: 7 Loon Lane - Yarmouth; SE 83-1154 - Certificate of Compliance To the Conservation Commission, Attached please find Form 8A and a check in the amount of $75 for a Request for Certificate of Compliance for SE 83-1154 issued in 1991 for driveway work, a garage, and a small deck addition. The consultant who administered the plan and permitting activities in 1991 is no longer with us and Sweetser Engineering is no longer in business. Cape Cod Engineering, Inc. has reviewed the file materials, the plan and made a site visit to inspect the project components. The ground condition is a well -developed mature, informal native fescue grass with no sign of erosion. After 33 years any roof runoff drywells that may have existed are no longer in use and the building downspouts are not causing any negative effects. The building is on a level crest and runoff dissipates well into the surrounding vegetation. Based on my knowledge, information, and belief, a suitable inspection of the site, the building and related permit plans, the completed project warrants issuance of a Certificate of Compliance. Thank you for your assistance and cooperation. Sincerely, Cape Cod Engineer' ,Inc.
