The existing license plan calls for 5 pilings,an 8'x 20'float and a 6'x 16'float. The existing structure has 3
pilings,an 8'x 20'float and a 6'x 16'float but the floats do not match the license plan orientation. The existing
configuration allows for greater water depth at the floats. One new piling is proposed in this amendment. In
total,the amendment will allow a new orientation for the same size/square footage of floats with one less
piling than the existing License plan calls for.
To be completed by the municipal clerk or other municipal zoning official responsible for administering zoning
ordinances and by-laws.
"I hereby certify that the project described above and more fully detailed in the Permittee's Waterways License
application and plans is not in violation of local zoning ordinances and/or by-laws."
