South Yarmouth,MA Dear Mr.Elliot, On May 10,2024 RELCO was retained by the above referenced property owner,via Digney York Associates,to perform a Megohm test of existing branch wiring throughout the Blue Water Resort—Bldg.2 following water infiltration of a unproperly secured section of roofing material. All circuits within the upper two floors,penthouse suite and the rear areas of the ground were Megged with a Fluke 1507 Megohmmeter.Numerous circuits tested eluted as a Fail.Please see below for further details and remedial action taken.Following repairs all circuits within the specified areas proved to be in satisfactory condition prior to our departure of said property. I Floor Heat Panel Ckts.33 and 35—Replace existing P-Tac unit receptacles with new. 2nd Floor Heat Panel Ckts.1,2,3,4,5,6,7 and 8—Replace existing P-Tac receptacles with new. I°Floor Maids Closet Panel Ckts.6,8,10 and 26—Replace existing recessed lights w/new LED Wafer Lts. at Rms.101,102,103,104 and III. 2"d Floor Maids Closet Panel A Ckts.2,4,6,8 AND 30—Replaced existing recessed lights w/new LED Wafer Lts.at Rms.201,202,203,204 and 217. 2"'Floor Mains Closet Panel B Ckt.20—Replace existing recessed lights w/new LED Wafer Lts.at Rm.301 Should you have any questions,or require further clarification,please do not hesitate in contacting me directly.
