Dear Chairman Hoopes, members of the Yarmouth Conservation Commission, and Ms. DiRienzo:
On behalf of the applicants, Lisa and James Valone, Baxter Nye Engineering and Surveying (BN) is
requesting to extend the existing Amended Order of Conditions issued by Yarmouth Conservation
Commission on 9/28/2021 under DEP File # 083-2299. Enclosed is a check for $75.00 for the request
to extend fee.
The applicant is requesting to extend the existing Amended Order of Conditions for a period of two
years, as more time is needed to finish the second phase of work on the main house, which will begin
in September 2024. This work includes interior work to the core of the main house, construction of
the deck and pool in the rear, and final landscaping. As you may know, no work is allowed during the
summer months under the HOA for Great Island.
