My wife Jill and I own the home at 10 Portsmouth Terrace, diagonally across the street from Ms.
Frances Wilson's home at number 17. We spend several months every year here, and we have plans
to move here full-time by next Summer. While we're not yet full-time residents and registered voters, I
hope that as homeowners of an abutting property we have some say and some sway in this matter.
We've known and been friendly with Ms Wilson for the full seven years we've been in the
neighborhood. It has been clear from the outset that she has immense pride in her home and land,
and with good reason. Jill and I have complete faith that her plans will do nothing less than enhance
her home's interior beauty and convenience, and we enthusiastically recommend to the ZBA that they
grant permission to Ms. Wilson to proceed with her project.
