Bruce,
4 Glennwood Street is a current renovation that I am doing and will not be rented this season. I requested two
inspections today and Inspector Sears did footing and partial framing inspection today at glennwood and then he
inspected 1 Railway Bluffs this morning.

I will update the plan to identify the"locked"storage rooms and resubmit today.

wanted to make a 4'opening into the adjoining master bedroom, you will need a building permit for this work.

I am perusing the upgrading of the septic at this point and I will keep these rooms locked and labeled as storage until
such time the septic solution is complete or if unsuccessful, I will file for a building permit to widen the openings of the
these areas.

Agreed

I have already had an inspection and paid for the permit and as I was told the permit and tentative release of it was
being held at the board of health counter waiting on the floor plans. I was to submit the floor plan as it has been
presented "now with your suggestions"to satisfy Inspector Hook and I would be in compliance.
I will forward the revised floor plan now.
