Otherwise delete this email. James, I have yet to receive any documentation and at this point have been contacted by attorney Michael Kennefick on behalf of the Town of Yarmouth. I am requesting the hearing you have scheduled for tommorow be postponed, Michael has indicated the Town is looking to work with me to put this situation behind us. I am also requesting this postponement because I have a right to have an attorney present and would need to retain one. Please confirm this hearing will be rescheduled as I have requested for at least 30 days. I have been at my house from time to time and have been out and about tending to the yard and the the property, looking and watching and hoping the inspectors would finally call me back and just come by give me more tickets and/or settle this with the now 25 times I have requested they come. I have reached out numerous times as sign of good faith and ready to just succumb to yet more abuse and lies and deceit from the BD, and get them in to my home for the 30th time ! EVEN THOUGH BRAD HAD COME OUT IN MAY AND DID THE FINAL INSPECTION FOR CO AND EMAILED IT IN ON HIS IPAD WE PASSED ! HE THEN LEFT JUST TWO THINGS TO BE COMPLETED THAT HAVE BEEN COMPLETE FOR MONTHS NOW !! These supposed citations, mailed out all marked the same postage in one envelop with multiple days in a row all in the same hand writing by Tim Sears , prove that he was not coming by home at all, twice he was out the office for the entire day"out sick or whatever". The many times when he"shot-gunned"his federal mail scheme citation over to me, he nor anyone else, ever came by to confront anyone, nor issue a new citation ! We have not seen any town inspectors come by to see if the house had fallen off its foundation or caved in on it self as Tim Sears had claimed,the house was a death trap to many of my guests. Lets not for get Tim's other visit when he broke and entered my home, assaulted me. Wouldn't you had thought instead of his antics and constant harassments and damages he had continued to cause me and great emotional and financial distress could of been all avoided if he just simply came back to double check on Brad's earlier CO PASS 2 INSPECTION ? OR Maybe it was really actually Mark and Tim and their Grand Plan to ruin me financial, get my guest to sue me for money damages and drive me to emotional break down. I mean the Town cashed my check for my rental permit fee two years in a row now as well. I have now be served with two different lawsuits for more than $50,000 in damages, plus the costs of the 5 times they had me cut up my house and put it back together and all the rentals I lost from this conspiracy. I am suggesting that you reach out to whomever at the town and have them come out to get there peace of mind for the 30th time and get this all closed out. Lets all hope that once you do, I can then go back to the people that are suing me and get them to all go away, as to I have already paid over $15,000 in initial refunds but they want more. James , As we are always reasonable people when treated fairly and equitably, please end this ASAP before I need to really get down to business and evaluate seeking legal advice from local counsel, my insurance carriers and any other federal or local agencies that may listen to me and my story about how we feel we have been unjustly prosecuted by multiple town employees at the building department The Building Department Keystone Kops needs to stop now! We have been respectfully requesting for a face to face and/or call to settle this mess out and after numerous calls and emails, the Building Department and team have yet taken a positive step forward to resolution but the fines keep piling up.
