Hi Tim -
So saga continues. Yesterday I received a call from Waterfront rentals, so I answered. I was on speaker with
Julie Jason and Nick. Bottom line is he was pressing for me to confirm that you told me certain things
regarding occupancy back on July 19th. When I told him you did not say those things, he said things would go
smoother if I started telling the truth. I was outraged and Julie's husband made him leave. Julie also said Nick
kept pressing her to admit you had made comments (she also told Nick it was not true). I made the offer before,
but happy to provide something in writing if it ever comes to your credibility during that week.
On Saturday, July 24th my husband noticed some seepage and took this video. I imagine the board of health
would have an opinion on this.
