Dear Attorney Kreuzer,
Thanks for taking my call last week regarding the above-identified property and building permit.
As discussed,my office represents Adam Dizdari d/b/a Adam Dizdari Construction with respect to this matter.
Adam was working with Mr.Nicholas Fiorillo on renovation work at the property and pulled the subject Building Permit
for the work.
The Building Permit is still open and the building department now requires to inspect the renovations work prior to
closing the permit.
We have now been engaged to assist in getting the required inspections completed and the open building permit closed.
Also,in order to obtain an occupancy permit and rental certificate for the building the renovations need to be inspected
and the Building permit closed,so if we can work together to get the inspections completed,your client will benefit as
well.
Per my conversation with the building inspector Tim Sears(copied),the following inspections are required:
1. Plumbing:rough and final inspections;
2. Framing:rough and final inspections;
3. Electrical;final inspection only.
Please review the above and give me a call to discuss the matter further.
My client is available to meet with the inspectors and the contractors.
Please note,my client would like to get this matter resolved as soon as possible.
