Met with owner for the inspection. Home is currently
unoccupied and current tenants are in the process of moving
out. The property had not been cleaned and turned over for
new occupants as of this date. 08/06-Update, owner has

their useful life-Area behind the sink has come apart and
Formica countertop has started to expand in areas were water
has intruded repair/replace-Countertops have been repaired

sink in a kitchen or pantry shall have a smooth, nonabsorbent,
easily cleanable surface, and form a watertight seal with the
countertop. Gypsum board is an allowable substrate above the
countertop provided it is coated with paint, or other
