At this time, the work has been completed in substantial compliance with the. design plan. The clips that have been added to connect the old framing to the new construction are adequate for their intended use. F The Order of Conditions from the Conservation Commission for this project is valid for three years. You can request a Certificate of Compliance at this time, or simply leave the Order of Conditions in effect in the event that further repairs may be necessary in the future. I also reviewed the driveway construction under way. The construction is more substantial than I had initially anticipated --timbers have been installed along both sides of the driveway in order to raise the driveway grade as you leave the street and approach the door. While this will make an attractive driveway, it will most likely increase flooding in the road area. I also anticipate that the narrow area between the edge of the driveway and the adjacent building will see accelerated erosion from waters draining from the street to —_ Nantucket -Sound. - — - —--- I trust this information is helpful and look forward to talking with you more in the future.
