Remarks: 12:30 9m-1:00 pm 86 degrees mostly sunny
The following was observed(Action items are noted bold and in italics):
-Excavation for the perimeter wall and column footings is complete with the exception of one area to allow for
access.The bottom of the excavation has been compacted and a 6"layer of crushed stone has been placed.The
bottom of the excavation is free of debris and standing water.
-Erection of the formwork for the perimeter wall and column footings is also complete.The width and depth of the
formwork for both the wall and spread footings is in accordance with the design drawings.
-Reinforcing steel placement for the above noted formwork is ongoing and approximately 75% complete.
Placement for the rear and right side walls as well as a portion of the front walls has been done.Horizontal steel
for the walls consisted of 3-#5s bottom as required. Lap lengths met or exceeded the required minimum(30").
The horizontal steel for the exterior columns consisted of#6s at 12"on center(each way) bottom. Clearance
between the underside of the horizontal steel and the bottom of footing is being maintained using concrete
pavers.Vertical steel for the exterior column piers has also been placed.The size and quantity of the steel(4-#6s)
was correct with the exception of the pier AD.The vertical steel for these piers consisted of 10-#6s(also placed
correctly).Vertical steel for the walls(#5s at 18"on center)is onsite but has not yet been placed.
-No deviations or omissions were observed.
-The grounding wire was not yet onsite. ►►AAAAAA
-A concrete pour is scheduled for 7:30 tomorrow morning. \.\OF r gssq-
