We'd put a lot of effort and expense into our design to make sure it complemented all that we'd done to preserve our horti(Fs historic c� of r affdi tfie it , So this is a setback. Hi Lisa, If I understand the request, it's for substituting windows with no grilles forthose approved with a grille pattern matching (or at least closely mimicking) the grilles on the main house. I am sorry that the applicants feel that they cannot afford the approved design, but one might reasonably ask why they had not obtained a cost estimate before submitting a COA. Furthermore, this can't be regarded as an economic hardship since they do not have to build the addition. I believe this would need a new COA.
