Brief Project Description:
The Applicant is proposing to redevelop the property as multi -family housing, with a
total of eight, one -bedroom units. The existing single-family dwelling and shed will be
razed and a new multi -family townhouse building will be constructed. The project also
includes reconfiguration of a shared -access drive, utility connections, a new sewage
disposal system, stormwater management and landscaping.
