All of said boundaries, except the water lines, are determined by the Court to be located as shown on plan = 28750-A dated August 15, 1957, drawn by William D. Kelly, Engineer, and August 1959, drawn by 00 Gerald A. Mercer & Co., Inc., Engineers and filed in the Land Registration Office at Boston, a copy of which is filed in Barnstable County Registry of Deeds in Land Registration Book 214, Page 37, with Certificate of Title No. 27777 and said land is shown thereon at LOT 37.
