Aached is a picture of the wall, clearly showing the wall comes over to our side (as indicated by the survey mark on the ground). Also, the fact that their retaining wall is now moved back by 8 feet, to the rear of their property, they have blocked drainage vents which were installed into our wall which previously enabled proper water drainage. We would like their retaining wall removed and placed back to its original locaon.
