Dr. Southworth and I lire at 40 Lorena Rd., around the corner and 4 houses from 21 Lewis
Bay Road where an excessively tall new home is being proposed. We support the appeal
(Petition #5130) of the building permit to build the proposed new home at 21 Lewis Bay
Road. We do not want such a tall house to be built in the neighborhood.
At a height of about 40 feet, people on the roof of such a house would be able to see into
many yards around the neighborhood and would tower over the neighborhood. tt would be
out of character of the rest of the neighborhood, which Is a charming place to M.
Thus, we do not want the house to be rebuilt as planned. at 21 Lewis Bay Road, based on
its excessive height.
