Dear Dolores,
We live on 17 Lewis Bay. We support the appeal in Petition #5130 for the building permit issued to 21 Lewis Bay Rd,
contesting the height of the house which is about 40 feet.
In last year's ZBA meeting for the variances for the same house, it was decided that the height of the house including the
height of the roof deck rails should not be more than 26 feet.
We do not want a 40 feet tall building next to ours. It will ruin our view, and people in a roof deck that tall will ruin our
peace, quiet and privacy.
