As we are all aware, there is significant erosion in the dune in front of oceanfront houses in
GIOC. Establishing the snow fence will help build wider dunes and reduce the risk of
erosion

TOWN OF YARMOUTH WETLAND BY-LAW, CHAPTER 143
In accordance with the Town of Yarmouth Wetland Regulations Section 2.03, you are hereby notified of
the following:
