PETITION# 5131: 770 Route 28, South Yarmouth
At its September 5th and September 19th hearings, the Conservation Commission heard a
Notice of Intent and Stormwater Management Permit for a proposed 9,991 sf car
dealership within the buffer zone to a vegetated wetland land subject to coastal storm
flowage. The commission issued an Order of Conditions (SE83-2440) and a Stormwater
permit (SW2024-001). The approved plan set, Site Plans for Cape & Islands Nissan, was
last revised on August 28, 2024.
