At its September 5th hearing, the Conservation Commission heard a Notice of Intent for a
proposed construction of a multi-family development within LSCSF. The commission
issued an Order of Conditions (SE83-2441). The approved plan set, Multi-Family
Development 811 Main St (Route 28), was last revised on June 18, 2024.
