Dear Members of the Board:
I am writing on behalf of the Applicant in the above-referenced case to submit the following
supplemental materials as requested by the Board during the first session on this proposed redevelopment:
1. Comprehensive Relief Request List;
2. Revised, colored Landscape Plan noting grass ground cover and 4” caliper trees to be saved in
buffers;
3. Revised Site Plan (Sheet 3 of 10) showing final approval by the Yarmouth Conservation
Commission; and
4. Revised, colored front Elevation Plan showing 24 ft. building height and building signage.
The Applicant looks forward to meeting with the Board again on October 10, 2024.
