Jim,
So I was able to double check that length from the front to back interior walls. It was wrong and ended up
being 23 foot 4 inches. Definitely makes more sense.
If you guys could update the plan with this corrected measurement I'd appreciate it as I won't be returning to
America for another week and do not have the proper facilities to scan you a new copy. Or, if it can wait, I
can send it on Tuesday of next week. As I'll be back then.
Thanks,
Brian

Subject: 111 North Main Street Tickets
Brian:
The appeal process for the Zoning Violation and Building Code violation Tickets are as follows:
-Zoning Ticket No.Yar-07265---The bottom of the ticket provides for an appeal option. If you decide to appeal,
described as Option No.2;check the box entitled"I hereby request a Non-Criminal Hearing on this matter and mail a
copy to address noted,Barnstable District Court, within 21 days of the receipt date of the ticket.
-Building Code Ticket No.B051-028669---File a request for appeal with the Town of Yarmouth,Town Clerk, within 21
days of the receipt date of the ticket. That office will notify the Municipal Hearing Officer of your request. He is
required to schedule a hearing and notify you within 45 days.
In addition, you may access MGL,Chapter 148A,Title XX at:
https://malegislature.gov/Laws/GeneralLaws/Partl/TitleXX/Chapter 148A
Finally,I see you did submit an application to the Zoning Board of Appeals, yesterday. The plans include the original
proposed garage,depicting a 24 ft.x 24 ft.footprint,less a 4 ft.x12 ft.open area on the northerly exterior side. In
addition, the second floor, floor plan depicts three unidentified areas. I suspect two are closets and the long area may
be an enclosed"knee wall"area. For square footage calculation purposes, please identify those areas, their dimensions
and depict the interior stairway dimensions. Based on the raw square footage-24 x 24 x 2,less the first floor open
exterior area of 48 sq.ft.and the interior estimated stairway dimension,I estimate the total square footage exceeds the
maximum allowable 800 square feet, which is to include"all habitable space, closets and storage",as per Zoning Bylaw
Section 407.2,Para.7. Therefore,it is important to pin down the second floor unidentified areas.
