Overall Remarks:
This is a follow-up on the failed inspections for 92
& 94 Regional Ave. The leasing director has
provided photos (see below) showing the repaired
kitchen floor and the replaced handrail to the
basement. These repairs meet the required
standards, and both units have now passed
inspection, making them eligible for rental
certificates.
