I made him aware of that.
I told him he would have a very difficult time obtaining a variance but he wants to try anyway.

concerning the appropriate zoning relief; is because this does not appear to be his full time
residence. I understand his daughter lives there but she does not appear to be an owner. If that is
the case, a variance would be necessary.
