Subject: 111 North Main Street Inspection
Hi Mark:
If the owner of 111 North Main Street contacts you,please remind him he has to remove the bi-fold door at
the top of the second floor interior stairs. Not only does it restrict the passage width to about 24 inches
because of a min-split on the wall,but there is no platform on the stair side. He talked about replacing the
door. The door has to be removed. There are some other issues that will also have to be addressed that I will
put in letter form to him,i.e the stair handrail needs to be extended to the bottom of the interior stairs,an
electrical outlet has been partially concealed in the ceiling above a partition wall,the washing machine
plumbing appears to be"do-it-yourself work".
