I know that the owners of 111 North Main Street continue to violate town by laws with no cease and desist
posted on garage after a year. I think your office has been complicit in the dragging out of this complaint. I have
chronicled all my emails to you and your responses have not materialized. I will move my complaint in a public
setting to the Town Administrator for his review of my year long emails to you.

Hi Mark,the garage at 111 north main street continues to be rented 24/7.I first notified your office in August.
Im not sure what else I can do to make the town aware of this continuing violation.It is very unfair to those
residents who hired lawyers,spent thousands of dollars to follow the ZBA process and then pay 25 dollars
every two years for an inspection.It seems easier to break the law.
