Overall Remarks:
Met with tenant of 14 years who is also the brother of the homeowner. Previous
issues that failed from inspection report dated 09/08/2023 have been taken
care of satisfactorily. House is in need of housekeeping, but mold has been
cleaned and new smoke / Co detectors have been replaced. Small deck on
rear (left) is in poor condition and needs to be addressed. A small new deck
and steps has been built in rear (right side) and it appears to not have been
permitted or inspected.
