Our records indicate that the property referenced above has not been registered for the 2024 rental year. As a result, the property is being rented without a valid Town of Yarmouth
rental certificate which constitutes a violation of Chapter 108 of the Occupancy of Buildings by law.
If the property is no longer being rented, please complete and submit a “ Not Renting” affidavit available on the town website. If the property is still being rented, you are required
to register the rental unit by October 15th to avoid penalties. Failure to register may result in fines of up to $300 per day.
This email will be followed by a certified letter for your records.
