House is showing signs of poor ventilation or inadequate insulation via visible mold/mildew along ceiling/wall intersections in all rooms and visible water condensation in both bedrooms on ceilings at exterior walls. Mold/mildew observed on bathroom ceiling. Significant condensation observed on ceilings in bedrooms. Find cause and correct. Recommend duplex be inspected by a Mold Remediation Company to determine scope of mold bloom as mold/mildew was observed in both units. NOTE: Interior condensation may be due to a lack of ventilation and/or inadequate insulation in attic or walls. NOTE: Apartment is occupied by more people than permitted.
