Hello Mark,
I want to touch base with you about your property at 55 Powers lane. You had a permit with conservation 083-
2189, which was closed out in 2022, when the attached as -built plan was submitted to show compliance with the
plans. This included beach grass planting as mitigation. This was completed properly but has since been removed.
The certificate of compliance requires that these plantings be left in place in perpetuity, so they will require
replacing in the coming spring. Beach grass becomes available around March each year for purchase and planting.
