Overall Remarks:
Met with owner Scott for the inspection for short term rental.
Classic CC cottage in Colonial Court Condos. Owner is
painting and refreshing the cottage prior to rental. Currently
unoccupied. Spoke to owner about size of bedrooms and non-
conforming ceiling height due to age of property. Owner stated
he would send photos when he completed painting and socket,
and light covers that had been removed to paint would be
replaced.
