consideration of Eighty -Nine Thousand ($89,000.00) Dollars, GRANT
to Dilip P.� and Krishna D. Rajadhyaksha, husband and wife as
tenants by the entirety, of 11 old Brook Circle, Shrewsbury, MA,
01545, with QUITCLAIM COVENANTS, the land in Yarmouth, Barnstable
County, bounded and described as follows:
NORTHERLY by Lot 68, as shown on a plan hereinafter
mentioned, one hundred and no/100 (100.00)
feet;
EASTERLY by Lots 58 and 59, a total of eighty-nine
and 85/100 (89.85) feet;
SOUTHERLY by Lot 66, one hundred (100) feet; and
WESTERLY by Algonquin Street, eighty-nine and 85/100
(89.85) feet.
All of said boundaries are determined by the Court to be
located as shown on Land Court Plan 19724-I filed in the Land
Registration Office at Boston, a copy of which is filed in
Barnstable Registry District of the Land Court, and said land is
shown thereon as Lot 67.
Said land is subject to and has the benefit of the rights,
reservations and agreements set forth in Document No. 260,083.
