The Subdivision Plan was approved by the Planning Board on June 12, 1978. As land court land it was redraw on 30949F dated August 15, 1978. I have attached a scan of the plan I think you are looking for, but as an Open Space Village Development the minimum lot size is 10,000 sf. I've also attached the April 11, 1978 bylaw which outlines minimum lot size,yard setbacks, lot coverage or height/stories for Open Space Village (Section 175-4200). One resource I don't have access to is the map depicting the land are zoning changes. Could you check the map for the land area change for Barnboard Lane. The lot contains 10,454 sq.ft.
