Hi Bill:
I have attached the Buildable Lot Inquiry Form to this note along with a check for$25.00
for the inquiry fee. My father-in-law is Bill Lionetta and he suggested that I check everything with
you as the person selling the 5 lots at Bass River Terrace has called me to see if I was still
interested in purchasing it from her. My understanding was that there maybe one buildable lot
with a possible in-law apartment. The current owner insists that there are two lots. My purpose in
filling out the buildable lot form is to see what can or cannot be done with the property and if there
is a timetable that a home needs to be built by once a purchase and sale takes place. Anything
you can do is appreciated. I will call later this week to see if we can have a brief conversation
once you have the paper work in front of you.

Hi Kathy:
Hope all is well. FYI—A realtor contacted me today concerning a client who inherited 5 vacant lots on Bass River
Terrace. In checking I find that a Lot Inquiry was submitted August 23, 2000, proposing to combine the lots and
construct one single family dwelling. The same proposal is now currently on the table and was the basis of this recent
phone inquiry. One issue has to be addressed; adequate road access. I noted that comment on the inquiry at that
time. The existing portion of Bass River Terrace on which these lot(s) have frontage, is a narrow dirt road,which
requires a determination from the Planning Board with respect to Adequate Access, pursuant to MGL Chap.41, insuring
that fire/ambulance apparatus can gain access. These lots were created via a May 1928 Subdivision.
I anticipate an attorney will be addressing this down the road.
